Inspection on Delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect all products carefully. Any visible damage or discrepancies should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to SeatPro within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return most products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
• Products must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
